they can't go below too much when u hit the invoice. if u're serious about the car & willing to close the deal just ask them to show u the invoice price. beyond that it really depends how much they're willing to move the car.

Invoice. Thats your best bet. We have sold all our 05's with a couple of them going for straight dealer invoice. If there real desperate than maybe $1000 under but your pushing it. If your looking at a $60,000 Boxster maybe you can get $8000 off but it needs to be LOADED!

Discount

I've seen 10% to 11% here in the Northeast on leftover 2005 S stock, before any negotiation. Good luck

Usually for the end of the year McKenna has discounted 10k off the Porsches. Usually they advertiseon the Big Screen you can see off the freeway. Have not seen the one for this year yet.
I'm trying to get my hands on Boxster too.

$8-9k discount? Thats amazing! In Dubai you are lucky if you can get them to discount $1,000!

Can anyone confirm if a Porsche purchased in the US & shipped elsewhere would still have its manufacturer warranty valid? If so, what documentation would be needed to convince the dealer at the new destination to honor the warranty?

Fletcher Jones (Fremont) advertises on radio (KCBS and KGO) for $8,500 off Boxsters. You may be able to do slightly better than that as that's what you get without even asking.

Good luck.

I'm actually waiting till the 07 model year rolls into lots this fall. The HP bump on the S model should drive 05 and 06 leftover cars way down.
