2015 Boxster S slow turn front tire "skipping"

2015 981 S with stock wheel and tire (Pirelli) setup. No front end damage and alignment is correct. When turning around in either direction in my cul du sac and steering wheel not fully locked, the outside front tire will "skip" rather than smoothly tracking the turn. I never had this happen on either my previous 986, my 987 S, or my 997 4S. Are any other 981 owners on this forum experiencing this? If so, have you been able to resolve it, or is it something I'll have to learn to live with? Thanks!

Yes, this always happens when the tires are cold. It is annoying, but something I've dealt with for 3+ yrs.
