We would like to present this White Cayman GT4 track build that we completed earlier this year. To turn her into a weekend track warrior, we gave it a proper setup with our complete BBi Autosport StreetCup Track Package along with other goodies from Cargraphics, Cobb Tuning, Schroth Racing, Tarett Engineering, and many more. After completion, this GT4 went straight to the track at Thunderhill with our friends from SP Motorsports from Northern California. Here are some pictures of the build progress that we would like to share:

The weight differences between the lightweight single mass versus OEM dual mass are 13.40 lbs vs 27.05 lbs, and 27.95 lbs versus 39.40 for the complete assembly. These significant weight savings helps improve throttle response and is a must upgrade for these cars.

Diversion Splitter and Dimpled Interior

The new 981 Plenums also benefits from the internal dimpling effect that have been implemented on all Plenums moving foward. This internal dimpling allows us to control the boundary layer and maximize airflow. Just like a dimpled golf ball travels farther than a smooth golf ball. Controlled turbulent air creates less friction and "tumbles" over a given area more efficiently.

After the supension and power upgrades are in, we installed our Safety Package which includes Bolt-in Roll Bar, Sub-Strap Mount, and Shroth 6 point harnesses to properly secure the driver and provide additional protection.

If you have the optional Sport Bucket seats and planning to install 6-point race harnesses, then you will need this bracket. Shown here as a pre-production example, this bracket bolts directly to the seat and keeps the harnesses at the proper 10-20° angle regardless of the seat position.

Nice to see someone using RE-71s. Something I can't thanks to Porsche's tire size decision for the 981 Boxster Spyder.

I think this is the car I purchased from Porsche Barrington in January. Most of the trick bits have been removed but it is still an amazing car.
Beat my best time at Road America by 9 seconds first time out.
