Is anyone aware if I can mod the instrument cluster lighting to stay on permanently whenever the ignition is on? Leaving the headlight switch on is not a solution as I want to retain the day/night function so the nav screen can adjust accordingly. The last auto electrician I spoke to said the lighting was controlled by the CANbus and that it was not possible to adjust the program. Any ideas?
