P1130 = Oxygen Sensing Adaptation Area 2 (Cyl. 4-6) - Rich Threshold

Year and mileage of you car? Has any work been done on it recently? Could be a vacuum leak. Maybe clean the MAF. Could be a bad oxygen sensor.
