Mirrors Linked to PSM

Can anyone shed light on this? My 2006 Cayman S's mirrors seem to be linked to the Porsche Stability Management System.

I say this because the issue never happens on straight roads -- only when there are curves involved, making me think the yaw sensor or something must play a part.

Anyway, the issue I'm having is that, on curving roads, anything viewed in the mirrors gets constantly smaller and smaller.

Anyone else?
