warantee
you warranty regarding anything in the motor will probably be voided. If you Supercharge is and break something in the motor porsche will blame the supercharger. Magnusson Moss Act states that they have to prove the mod caused the problem but anything in the motor can be in some way related to the mods you stated.

If they rate there clutch , gearbox, and rest of the drivetrain to withstand a 10% error of the cars stock output and you raised the output above that 10%, they merely say that the Entire drive train has failed because of the 20% increase in power due to the mods.
If you super/charge then virtually all mechanical warranty is on the line.
They may still warrant the stitching in the seats, although the extra G force generated because of the super charge, puts stornger than normal loads on the seats thereby cause excessive pressure on the stitching.
So therefore they may not cover the stitching in your seats if you supercharge.
ALl they have to do is raise a Reasonable arguement that the mod could have caused the fault, and you have a huge job to proove otherwise.
All they have to say is..NO We are not going to cover it. Its you then who has to spend money on a rent-o-mouth to force/bluff them into covering it. A huge headache.
Lets run with the Seat stitching. Seeming a crazy thing, that hass nothing to do with a S/C.
But are you going to tell me the forces on those seats will not be increased, by increasing the Power?
Lateral forces causing your body to put LARGER than normal stresses on the bolstering, and RIP there goes your stitching.
Try and defend that.
Silly crazy arguement I know, but if I can make a case on seat stitching failing because of a S/C, what do you think they can make out of it?
You S/C any vehicle, and you are on your own.
Anything they wear is just a Courtesy and consider yourself lucky yoiu have a good relationship with your dealer.
