Bad immobile question

If I have a bad immobilized from getting wet will it still turn over?

My car got water in it, but not a lot in the floor after I removed the seat. It drove fine for a few days, and now will not start. Turns over all car functions work properly.

I do get a high pitch noise from the throttle body, so that may be the issue. It does open and close with the pedal though.

Thanks in advance

I opened up the module and it's clean with zero signs of water. The fuse is still good too.

Throttle body??

More likely crank position sensor, if it is not the immobilizer. I believe car will turn over if immobilizer is bad - it just will not start.
