Is it possible to put a track seat in my 2014 cayman s with a four point harness
without a roll bar or is that mostly considered unsafe ?

 

I run Cobra seats w/ 6 pt harnesses using a harness bar made by Agency Power. If you're talking about a full on race or dedicated track car then a roll bar is considered mandatory. If your just doing track days, driver education events, auto cross, etc, etc then I believe a full roll bar is not required.
