How come every time I start the car the fan is on in the ac/heat unit? Even if it s off upon shutting down car. I don t have the driver/key memory which is on the drivers door as an option?

not much activity here with the Caymans. So I ll post my finding to help someone else. The Vent /ac unit always comes on upon startup according to other owners.
I followed the directions in the manual for the garage door opener and to my supprise it worked on first try.
