Creaking front end

I wonder if anyone has ever experienced the following on their 987 box s

a slight creak from the passenger side UK car when first moving from a stationary position. This only occurs at approx 1mph in either forward or reverse. However this does not appear to occur when pushing the car with engine off. the noise seems to come from inside the cabin, maybe

makes me think it is not the brakes as the noise cannot be replicated when pushing the car with engine off

car has had all suspension work done
All arms and bushes are new and torqued to spec under load as required
top mounts
new pasm bilstein shocks
new disks, pads and dust shields
