I'm back ;-)

Well I put a deposit on the 997 GT3 and am #14 on the list. So that most likely means 9-12 months until I get it. So until then I wanted something that could entertain me until then.

Well here is my new baby.
2006 Grey Cayman S - It's actually Mooty's car (thanks to Garry at Carlsen as well!)
Mods will most likely be Black TechArt wheels, Rollbar and Exhaust with GIAC software.

Very nice. What a good idea. Drive a nice Cayman until the Dream Machine shows up. It will make your Hot Cayman seem like a slow car. Congrats.

I'm back. How many times have we heard that before?
For chrissake Fred, just drive this one first before you mod it. And please, no TechArt heavy *** wheels!

Have fun up there... Take that car to Buttonwillow too.. Got to drive one there and loved it.

Only thing that car needs is some light weight BBS/Kinesis.. some lowering.. maybe a flash and exhaust and you're DONE. Done!

Thanks guys!

Well thus far I love the car. What I love is the HANDLING and braking. I will get to really find out what are the cars' capabilities this Friday.

This is a nice list of cars and I look forward to seeing how the Cayman does against them.

i got it to 2:10 at TH (with cyclone) with stock cayman just like your, stock tires as well. same alignment as your current car. you already have motul 600 fluid in there and it's just bled. put some pagid yellows pads in there and you be flying.

you will love how it sounds at 7000 rpm. very different than turbo or GT3.
