If you want something .. you might have to make sacrifices ... I prefered all new OEM parts, and none from Ebay. I'm sure you can find them on Ebay at a better price, but I have choose to buy them new, to insure the quality. Gert (Carnewal) helped me a lot with those parts.

And the fenders are different ... because the lights are different too

The Gemballa front bumper is +4000 Eur for those who care .. I can send a brochure

I did it on my 996....Parts cost me about 2500 US....just look around for deals....the fenders are the cheapest part...

i may have miss quoted there, 5k with paint, side skirts, and rear spoiler sounds alittle better
