Where to get replacement 'filler' caps for where the RTS mounts?

Where to get replacement 'filler' caps for where the RTS mounts?
I'm finally getting around to removing the RTS mounting brackets from my Boxster but I can't find the filler plates for the two mounts just behind the door. Any recommendations on where to get these and have them painted to match (metallic black)?
