I was there, the guy did come very close to almost hitting the spectators, maybe if that delinquent lady didn't complain, the cops would not have made such a big deal out of it.

You sure it was staged? Yes it was private property, but that just means you can't be charged under the HTA... you can still be charged criminally, which is probably why he got arrested instead of a HTA ticket.
