porsche cold weather testing in Yellowknife NWT

Again,
this is becoming an anual event for Porsche. The were up there in 2008 and 2009.
I was in Yellowknife January 17th, 2011 and there are a bunch of different Porsche models up there doing cold weather testing.
German speaking folks.
All badges removed. (Like you could hide 911 by removing the badges)
It wasn't that cold. only -36C with no wind.

when i was a kid in the late 70's early 80's, the porsche cold weather testing in yellowknife was an annual event. very cool to see these fancy expensive european cars on the roads where we were driving snowmobiles and big trucks. we thought they were crazy for bringing such beautiful cars up there to try and wreck em.
