Closest standing mile?

Is there a standing mile in Canada? If not, any in NW USA? I'm in Edmonton and would like to avoid driving to Texas.

Florida has one to. I have been looking at booking a venue for this here in Toronto but no luck yet. I'm still actively working on it.
