Any Canadian place to send out K16 Turbos to get modified?

Any Canadian place to send out K16 Turbos to get modified?
Any place in Canada (Ontario would be best) that is trusted to take a stock pair of K16 turbos and make them into Billet K16s? I contacted Blouch and they want $699 per turbo but then the shipping cost to ship them there and back and then the exchange rate would just kill me.
