montrealm3cab needs your help!
Wise decision to not use PayPal Dr.
Thanks Jimbo,
I read on the Cayenne forum that some people wanted cat delete pipes and I thought I would sell mine. I never wanted any hassle and I was already losing $200. I view the 6speed community as a sacred forum of Auto enthusiasts. In the last year I have forged many strong friendships here. I purchased both of my cars based upon this forum and have done a great deal of business, almost always with people of impeccable integrity (Stephen Kaspar, Todd Knighton etc). It is absolutely essential to preserve the integrity of the 6speed community or it will just be another e-bay.
In my moral universe, and the one in which my good friends and business associates live in, our agreements are sacred, whether for a six figure deal or $200.
Oh, and Alan...good luck, although your opponent will need it more than you!

This was done without taste bro....don't hang dirty laundry like this on the board to get your $200 bucks back. I saw this thread and was genuinely worried about a fellow 6speeder falling in actual "hard" time. I thought he had a health issue and couldn't afford treatment, had a child with newly found cancer that needed help, lost his home, etc. This is BS. In the grand scheme of life, it's about a part for your car and now you're happy and will take the thread down. A simple "montrealM3cab isn't trustworty" would have been fine. You should have tacked the experience on to life's lessons and moved on. Grow up....

Aloha
Byron
No doubt the guy should have paid him; it's messed up to have someone help you out and you keep them hanging. We all now know of his poor character. That's the great thing about the board; most of the time we hear about the good stuff and now we hear about the bad stuff too. I think it's great. I chose to look at the thread because I thought a 6speeder needed our help. I think it was a bit deceiving. I got a PM from the Dr. and he saw my perspective.

You should have paid him in full. Why did you get the merchandise if you couldn't pay him? There's no reason to betray someone's kindness. You've now tarnished your rep.
I've had positive experiences from 6speeders. One guy shipped me a 1500 dollar item and told me to pay him when I got it. I paid him the full balance, but never have seen such a trusting fellow. It's times like this make it tough to do business online....
I suppose you have not paid still, because the thread hasn't been deleted.
Pay him!
