Sean I think it is time to report this to the authorities. Mailing a bogus check or money order is a federal offense IIRC since the postal service was used to carry out fraudulent activity. If the cat pipes have a retail value of over $1000, I even think it is considered a felony offense in Texas which should be where the legal venue would be held. I have several attorney friends here who could give you advice. Also, one of the Rennlisters is a Captain of one of the PDQ departments in the Montreal.

Regardless, for anyone on this forum $250 is a drop in the bucket, pay the man. Your rep is already tarnished, best bet would be to open a new account and try again once you've cleaned up that mess. Hell, you should be paying him 5% on that money owed..

To the Mods....this thread should not be deleted. It's a testament to cab's credibility and moral compass. Just because he's paid what he owes, doesn't mean the thread should be removed. We need to make sure this doesn't happen to another 6speeder. But even if the thread is removed, I think we all know better to deal with him anyway.
