Cayenne S Suspension Options

Hello,

I have a 06 Cayenne S with the H&R springs installed. I installed the springs when the car was in Atlanta. Since then I have taken the car to Milwaukee where I'm doing some work. As background, I've been in 3rd world countries with better roads than Milwaukee.

The ride is way stiffer than my 996 with M030 sport suspension or my TT with Euro suspension. Frankly, it's really bad, my 996 is much, much better...

I'm looking for suggestions before I put the stock stuff back on the car. It has 20' wheels with Michellins. Any ideas for suspension that is more compliant but still lowers the car? What about a softer sidewall tire? Help!!

Thanks in advance!

Roy

I guess its all what your used to and what you like.

I have an 06 Cayenne S dropped on H&R springs with 22 inch wheels/tires and i think the ride is Great!!!

Although i am coming from a long line of slammed honda's, G35's, Evo, etc....

Maybe tires are your solution??? Try going down to 18" with a thicker sidewall like you mentioned...

The KWs will have a better ride and rebound setup. But the cost is much higher than the springs. You could also try techart or eibach spring, both of which tend to ride better then HR.
