Question Will the dealer give me another car while fixing my Cayenne?

Hello guys,

I will leave my car at the dealer tomorrow to fix my transmission and they said the car will need to stay overnight so I wonder if I have the right to ask for another car while my car is getting fixed. Thanks

It depends on your dealer but try your luck. I one got a 911 for a couple of days because they didnt fix my Cayenne propperly after bringing it in numerous times to fix faulty parking sensors, voice control and glitches in the panaromic roof system.

They have got nothing else to put off my flame, I was really upset with their lack of professionalism with fixing and repairing their cars.

Not to mention that they have only 3 service assistants for all of Kuwait.

At my local dealer, if you schedule an appointment 1 week in advance, then you'd get another Porsche. Otherwise, they'd give you a regular rental car as loaner.

I guess I am spoiled since they give me a Porsche Loaner. Once it was a Cayenne then a Cayman. Small warranty work and they had me a loaner when I called in today for tomorrow 7:30am appointment. They do really try to take care of me but they do charge for little things I would think they would do as a courtesy like to disable the chime for the seat belts Oh well can't have everything.

Did they really disable the seat belt chime? I thought they were not allowed to do that...

Don't spread it around Yes they can do that but they can't disable the Seat Belt Warning Light. You have to sign a release form as well.

I was told when i got my 08 if you let them know a few days in advance they will have a cayenne loaner for you. Not sure if this is only my local dealer or a new offer if you have an 08.
