lol, I think the infiniti dealers have better service department. At least they give you are G35 as a loaner. I got one and did some burnouts returned it with 2 bald rear tires. told them it's not safe to let people drive around like that. That's for paying them back with ruinning my RacingHarts J8. Did that couple times because some of the recall on the car.

There you go, making lemonade from those lemons. I too would put that to use, transporting some items to the dump and so forth. You wouldn't have to worry about any dents or scratches. Its like a rental with the insurance.

I don't know about better service. My friend took his G35 to Nissan of Tyson's Coner (Right Next to HBL), he got his car back. He thought to check the gage to see if the oil was changed. He never does it, to his surprise, it wasn't even touched.

He also has ordered power windows on the recall thing, it's been 6 months and he hasn't had it changed.

If anybody needs to haul mulch, please let me know.

I am going to ask Monday if they would throw in a free oil change. That does not cost them much and it good for the vehicle anyway.

We will see, as i sure will keep you posted.

The trick is to convince the sales folks that you're interested in that 997 Turbo in the showroom and you need to drive it while you're vehicle's being serviced to make sure it's right for you.

When you go to pick-up your CTT, just say to your Salesguy that I was in the market for a Cayman S for my son but after driving this beast of truck, I think I'm getting him one of these.

That sucks, the dealer ruined my wheels right before the show, I won the show anyways, but i have to get new set of wheels out of my pocket, but at least they serviced my car all the time even though it's modded.

Why would you have to pay to replace something the dealer damaged???

I had a similar instance with my local BMW dealer who damaged 2 of my driver side wheels (curb rash) on my e46 M3 Cab. When I brought it to their attention when I picked up the car they said "that was there before". Well... I don't take well to being called a liar so I addressed the situation and involved every so called manager I could get my hands on. In the end they were sticking to their guns even though they had no proof of pre-existing condition and even washed the car through their automatic car-wash (which is where the damage likely came from and were instructed in writing to NEVER wash my car when in for service). When they stoned me I asked for the owner and was again refused even though I had purchased several late model BMW's from them. Needless to say I wasn't going to let that be the end of the story so I wrote the owner and also the State's Attorney General. For some reason that seemed to get their attention and they called me to not only replace the wheels but to try and mend fences by taking me to lunch and offering other reconciliatory items. I was gracious but indicated that by them honoring their contract to fix a car they damaged did not change the fact that I was called a liar by the service manager and general manager. I made a committment to not buy from that dealer no matter what kind of cars they sold ever again and to demonstrate my resolve I purchased a 911 Turbo from Performance Porsche in Chapel Hill, NC (about 200 miles away) because they are also the local porshce dealer.

Update:

I got charged $250 on my AX card for that "loaner"...

I called my Service Adviser at HBL of Tysons Corner and he said that they would take care of it.

I'll keep you posted.

I am really speechles and cases like this make my blood boil.

If you got arrogant dealers/salesmen like this on the other end of the company you really need no enemies. Not even in the biggest trouble something like this should happen. Simply not acceptable. If you have no other loaners left, you better make sure that you get another High-Class car (For example from a local car rent) and give it to the customer, but not hand out something like this in the return for a brand new Cayenne.

The best way obviously would be to open your god damn ears and listen to the customer, and find out what other car of your brand he might be interested in, so that you might do some business.

WOW thats a nice truck you got there!

You even called ahead of time?!?!

If we promised you a loaner we would go get a new car if we had to and put you in that! Especially if you bought a Turbo!!! Bad service!
