No, because it requires the entire circuit to be complete, which is the seatbelt and load cell on the seat and the baby carrying seat is not present, which disables the airbag as well. I guess there is some kind of a magnetic sensor that understands that there is baby seat in the front...
Also, it is not recommended to have it on all the time. Why would u want that?
