Where are the CTT secondary cats located??
I was giving my CTT a thorough once-over today and looking at the exhaust for planning upgrade to secondary cat bypass pipes.
I do not see the cats under the car, looking up near the engine there is a triangle collector, then a 3-ft polished stainless section of pipe, this short section attaches to the long pipes that run to rear of car into big muffler.
Where are the secondary cats- or did I luck out and the prev. owner already had the bypass pipes installed??
I just found new BMC air filters already installed in the car, so maybe?

Thanks- I know what the bypass pipes look like, so is it safe to say that the images above show a CTT with the secondary cats removed and bypass pipes installed?

Yup, if you don't see a "bulge" in that area, they are gone.

Thanks- It appears my CTT does have bypass pipes already installed, sweet!
I love finding hidden bonuses like this - Good thing I looked before buying the bypass pipes!!

actually, you could ask the dealer to sell the car for a cheaper price to you since it is modded. You know how stuff works in here even though it is more expensive to add all those mods, you need to sell it for a cheaper price...

not complaining, I picked it up pretty cheap and this just saved me some $ that I can now put towards next mods
