i've used Hide Food for years and it works great. however, i just started using this leather conditioner from Arizona Leather that seems to work even better. they have two types but i've only used the more expensive one (about $70 for a qt bottle).
Hide Food is available at most luxury dealerships or on-line at Performance Products.
i don't know how damaged your seats are, but this stuff really moistens up the leather. i'd use a good cleaner first.
hope this helps

use porsche genuine leather conditioner, works very good. First, clean your leather with zymol leather cleaner and then apply porsche leather conditioner (you can get that from porsche's website)
