Who has ever worked directly with them?
Anyone have a contact for somone they preferred working with?

I ask this because after 2 phone calls from me to them, no response. Getting frustrated with them not returning my phone calls about wanting them to do a few mods to my car. Almost considering going elsewhere.

Any suggestions?

steering wheel with shifters, pedals, ***** and a few others.

nothing performance at the moment, at least I don't think. I am still waiting for them to actually give me a call to give me recomendations and suggestions.
I looked through their cataloge they sent me, but since I don't have a turbo.... I am just thinking exhaust and a few other mods are all I am able to do...

I have my guy at Porsche, researching Fabspeed and a few others that they work directly with to see what is available and doable.

Gemballa usa = 1 guy. if u can find him...

 

Good luck. It can be an infuriating process. Check with FVD (board sponsor) in Florida, they sometimes have some Gemballa items.

 

The guy's name is Heinz and he runs his business out of his house in Malibu from what ppl tell me.

He sells a few things here and there on ebay as well so might want to check there.

 

I remember Heinz! I have no idea what type of pull he has with Gemballa. But it is amazing how he is the sole seller of Gemballa in the U.S.! He must be related to them.

 

Keep calling. He will eventually pick up. It can be infuriating. I deal with him on a semi regular basis. It is never exactly easy. All that being said, his repsonse to email seems to be a bit better so you may want to try and give that a shot.

 

Be patient. Though phone calls seem to be more effective than emails.

 

You guys must want Gembella pretty bad. If his customer service is so poor, why reward him with more business?

 

can't be to harsh, he just had a family member pass within the past few days, very understandable.
I will definetly be sympathetic to that no questions asked.
We spoke and he will call Monday.
