Ready to buy - must have options

Ready to pull the trigger on a GTS or TT-S. What are the must have factory options?

Both of these are standard in TT-S. You are looking at a $50k difference prox between the 2. I would get Bluetooth, XM, and towing. Who cares, it's just money.

ya, both standard in the TT-S, I was referring to the GTS.
But ya the bluetooth and other options you mentioned are good ones as well.

Pano roof is nice, but it's a preference.
personally, I would get, PDCC/FULL LEATHER (GTS)/lighting package/pano/Nav/bluetooth/towing package...if you plan on towing...(I have a GX for that)....
just go and see one, then decide what you need in a car after looking at ones with/without those options....

Pics pics pics after you purchase.....
I am going today to go and see a TT-S. Hope I don't come home with swapping mine out for that, my wife would kill me.

I have all those options, including pano, but I also got the sport design package for the exterior. I use the towing for just a hitch basket to hold luggage or stuff. We travel some in car and the back is used as a small bed for the kids. I would post pics, but mine is on the boat rolling gently out at sea, headed my way.

well, I was soooo close. I went to look at the new Turbo S they had in the showroom, and I almost came home with it.

I would have lost about 10K on mine and the one I was looking at was 137K. It is the same as the GTS in every way, except for the engine and the bigger breaks.

It starts off by being lowered that little bit like the GTS from the reg turbo and other C models.

The one I say did have the sport design package (which is standard on GTS minus the fancy exhaust tips), it did have the exterior door drim changed to black, which gave it a more sporty design like the GTS standard, it had the turbo s door floor lights, turbo s cluster, with red background, obviously full leather and pdcc(standard), and the sport seats like the GTS and the new touch screen nav which is nice after playing with it. It had the auc input/bluetooth/ and a few other niftey items.

Honestly besides the badging, and what's under the hood, same vehicle as the GTS performance wise and looks wise.

But what's under the hood made me almost walk away with the trade, because, although I didn't drive it, because I was limited on time, W O W, is all I can say.

Worth the difference in price for that engine.

Here are a few nice little pics I took, from my phone... so not the best quality.
Too bad within 1 year, in 2010, this same car that is 137K now, will be under 100K easy. Hate that.... (unless looking to buy used )

Man, I hope you are wrong about that. The bad part is that 2010 is a new body change so the world says or thinks. Go get it and trade it in for a 2010 Turbo. Highest HP production car of Porsche. Wow, in their suv no less.
