05 tt ordered with phone prep, didn't have the install on delivery because they didn't have cradles (what few they have available). After 5 days they are having difficulty getting it to interface with the PCM as well as difficulty with the included wiring kit. I have asked that they stop, pull the kit, refund my money and return my car!!!
