Regarding the TechArt lowering module I also had a same problem, error message and sent to Porsche Services also they can't do it. Contacted the TechArt side never give a proper answer. if Anyone still using it and have some clue , I need help , for 2004 Cayenne 955 Turbo. I will try the Duramatic option see how it goes, Thank you
