hello all 6speeders

it looks as if i am 70% sure im getting a new S trading in my V6

my question is will me having my turbo cluster in with 28k on it and now replaced my V6 cluster back into the vehicle with 16k on it will a dealer know it was swapped...every time my car is in for service would it of been registered to porsche?

yes, they record mileage every time

 

Porsche service work is documented. . . I wouldn't try anything like that since it will bring you more issues down the line such as explaining the jump back in miles when it comes time to sell....

I wouldn't give up the cluster if you want it for the sake of milege issues.
Just tell them, ya I swapped my original back, and took my turbo so this is the miliege.

They will just adjust the right miles on the stock cluster, and that'd be all.

Easy as pie.

Keep the cluster if you like it.
