I have 36000 miles and it is asking me to check oil level. I bought it as a CPO with 33500 miles. Is this normal for it to need oil? Or should I be worried that it has an oil leak. What type of oil should I use to top it off?

 

0W-40 from Mobil 1, if you can't find that, you can top it up with Mobil1 5w-40 as well. Try not to mix those two oils, but even if you get into a situation where you have to mix two, that's also fine I guess. Make sure they are synthetic, not conventional (dinosaur oil)

 

i have a 05 cs---asks for 3/4 quart every 5000 kms( canada), showed it to dealer---says it is normal----however if you have warranty have them check it out
