Angry ongoing indicator issue

i am having an ongoing issue with my indicator light ("check indicator warning") and my right signal flashes rapidly. funny thing is the indicator will start working again when i turn the car off/on again. i replaced the bulb and that didn't fix the issue.
i figure i should replace the fuse. can anyone post a a list of specific fuse locations for the drivers side box? how do you remove that panel to get access?

this error started happening after i installed aftermarket xenon fogs. i previously posted on this issue and understand that xenons will cause "fog light error" if resistors are not installed. however, i do not know how the indicator warning could be related to the fogs.

i want to check all possible issues before i take it to the dealership as they might void warranty / blame it on fogs and charge me lots of $$.

thanks
matt

1) Make sure the bulb is the exact same wattage as the one you replaced. The computer is very sensitive.

2) The fuse is something that either works or doesn't. If you restart the car and its fine, its not the fuse. Its probably the computer restarting and all is fine until you turn on the signal lights then it senses something wrong.

3) Since this all started with the fog lights, I must think its related to your problem even I wouldn't think they would be if you did not mention it. I forgot what Porsche calls it but when you turn your car to a certain direction, does your fog light turns on that side of the car as well? I know on mine there is an extra light inside the headlight that does that. But I think that was either an option or comes with HID. I don't know if yours have it. And I know on many other cars, the fog light will turn on to help illuminate the side of the road....

i have to manually turn on fog and its not inside the headlight its right at bottom of bumper. i think you are referring to the cornering light

does anyone know if you can wire fogs from "+ terminal" in engine bay (used for jumping) rather than from the battery directly under car seat? it would be much easier for me to rewire the current setup with a relay off that terminal.
