I noticed that Porsche has their version of battery charger.

I've been using this unit for my BMW w/o problems, was wondering if I could use it for my Cayenne S or not;

Porsche original charger charges the battery through the cigarette lighter thingy though...

 

Yes, BMW version also comes with the cigarette lighter module, too; but I went with the alligator clips instead, I've heard a possible bad stuff w/ the cigarette lighter method.
The instruction was to connect up (+) & (-) to the jump start posts and connect the battery charger to the AC outlet.
