Am getting a click like sensation on my brake pedal when i brake long and slightly harder than normal. It feels somewhat like the ABS kicking in feeling, but i wasnt braking as hard for the abs to kick in. just wondering if its faulty? or its sign or brake pads wear? mine is 06 v6.

normal braking is fine. have braked like this before but never had this feeling. now its like happening often when i brake slightly hard.

anyone else have same issue?

 

two possibilities, biggest possibility is your tires are worn off, other one is brake pads are gone, or some other problem either with disks or pistons, or the pavement was slippery... V8 cayenne brakes are really satisfying and my ABS don't usually kick in unless I brake really hard.
