They also sell this.. It programs the chip from your key so you can add remote start to your aftermarket alarm... I thought they havent come out with one yet...

I don't think it will work with Cayenne. How are they planning to handle the immobilizer? also, how is it really working after the remote start when I open the door, do I just insert the key into ignition and just drive off? or will I have to turn the engine off, then start again the oldskool way?

So you hit the remote open button 3 times. Well if you are that close why don't you just get and start it hahahahaha

My daughters works from 1/4 mile away.

I used to be able to do that with the aftermarket system in my last vehicle. Now I have to get within 7 feet to even unlock my doors!

paging alarm with remote start

i just got my 06 turbo s ...and i order my remote start / paging alarm. i got the parts already and planning on doing it really soon. it's not the units ebay offers. the unit i have is a whole new key cyl with a mod interface for the chip by ifar.ca. and i'm doing a compustar paging alarm. cross your fingers, i will keep you guys updated.
