Inaccurate MPG reading / meter

Hi,

Everytime i fill up the truck, i reset the trip meter as well as the mpg computer making it a new start. I leave it go for the entire tank and at the next fillup, i get a reading from my mpg computer wich is alway wrong by about 10-15% compared to my manual calculation method (wich is good btw).

Anyone knows what wrong ?

It' off by -10 to -15% ? Wich means, what the computer show me, is less than what the car takes in real life.

Thanks
