Vehicle made it on the lift finally - 1 hiccup - the special tool needed to remove the rear calipers. Fortunately my buddies, buddy had one. All calipers off and came home with me while car sleeps on lift this weekend. I will say, this is the WORST mod I have done labor wise. Took about 8 hours to get my calipers cleaned and preped for painting. Did the first coat of G2 tonight which also took about 3 hours. Its like painting with Glue and is pretty dam annoying. I may hit them again one more time tomorrow. So i am in at least 11 + hours of work on the calipers and at least 8 on painting my new rotors = 20 hours and not done yet. Think I will pay someone in the future as this one is a labor hog.

Expect pics of assembled calipers tomorrow an Pics of completed job on Monday.

For anyone following this post - I just posted full details on my brake "journey" here

Can someone please comment on the pedal pressure required before and after?

I went with Hawk for low dust on my bmw. I was also rewarded with a much firmer pedal which I liked (felt the factory setup was too touchy). These were not ceramic and they do not squeal.

On my cayenne, the brakes are extremely touchy which I do not like nor do my passengers (especially right after driving it after the bmw) and was hoping that someone could comment on the Hawk ceramic pads. I am hoping for a firm pedal similar to my bmw. Thanks.
