Code 1090 on scanner!

Code 1090 on scanner!
What is this code! I used the launch X-431 scanner to erase faults, and this code was up!.. any ideas about this P1090? thanks in advance..

Only thing I can find on that is:
HFM: electrical fault on the DME 7.8.x platform. I'm not sure which ECU/code you're running on with the V6. Apparently the V8s all run on DME 7.1.1.
HFM is the MAF (HFM - Heissfilmluftmassenmesser (mass air flow sensor))so I'd check there and maybe clean it with the appropriate spray. But I'm just guessing that's the proper code so hopefully someone else will chime in.
