08 CTT Brakes different from 05 CTT?

Hey guys... was comparing the brakes from my 08 and 05 and noticed the 08 calipers are much bigger (I'm not complaining).. but led me to wonder if the 08+ cayennes do not have Brembo OEMing the brakes anymore?

Does anyone know for sure?

Thanks

OMG.. i dont think the red calipers on the front of my 2005 turbo could get any bigger, they are under 20" wheels and look massive....how much bigger could they get? and still fit
what size are the 08 ones then? i thought they were all the same?

The 957 CTT uses a two-piece rotor and the caliper I believe is sourced through ATE, where as the 955 CTT uses a one-piece rotor and Brembo-sourced caliper. The 955 CTTS uses a two-piece rotor and a Brembo-sourced caliper.

Hell yes! The ATEs are boat anchors as compared to the Brembos. Does anybody know why Porsche went this route? The ceramic-based rotors use Brembo calipers.
