cannot enter address into navigation

anyone have problems entering an address into navigtion on the pcm 3.0? I have an 09 cayenne S and it just stopped allowing me to enter in the street address and number. I can enter the state and city but the street is greyed out and it says function not available when I try to tap it. Do I need to bring it in to the dealer or did I just accidently disable something?

Worst comes to worst, bring your Cayenne into the dealer and ask them to perform a "flash" on the vehicle. I believe you can also manually revert all settings back to "factory settings" yourself within the PCM as well (might be worth trying). If you need help finding it let me know and I'll look into it for you.

Ran into this the other day, and while my car was at Park Place in Dallas, talked with the service adviser. For folks googling this problem and finding this thread, the fix (for me) was to do a "handover reset" or similar, I believe from the Options pane on the Info tab (not Nav, and not Map). Note that it will reset bluetooth pairings, radio stations, all preferences, etc., but did fix the issue that was blocking me and let me enter street numbers and street names to the nav.
