Question Rear hatch will not open.

Any suggestions on how I can get the rear hatch on my CTT to open?
It won't unlock.

Is there a way I can release the hatch manually by pulling a cable somewhere?

Thanks

obviously you have tried both the remote button on your key fob and the button under the rear wiper? failing that if you lift the whole tailgate you can access it through the carpet trim on the back of the tailgate.
good luck

canberk is infamous around these parts
a blown fuse should always be investigated before replacing, fuses don't blow by themselves...

Very valid point - make sure you replace with the correct AMP rating and if it blows again get it looked at.
