Seats
I have a 09 cayenne s, the SO complains that the seats don't have enough upper back support. I've seen a couple of cayenne's where they have added a pillow like device. Any suggestions?

i really ratch the incline of the seat; somewhat of the italian sitting position so it cleans up the posture
