I'm buying my friends 2008 Porsche Cayenne S next week since I'm getting a great deal on it. Its nice but not the turbo. I figured I'm going to hold out till the 2011's come out and then pick up a turbo. My question is has anyone chipped a Cayenne S before? And has anymore done the Uposolute chip for it?

20 hp more and 18 Tq. Is it really noticeable? I just want to give it a little more kick.

 

I don't think that the 20 HP is worth the cost of the chip. You will not notice it, and Porsche may give you warranty issues if you have problems with your Cayenne,

 

Good point. Does anyone have any new info on the new 2011 Cayenne Turbo yet? When will it hit US showrooms?

 

Now chipping a Turbo is well worth the cost and potential PIA IMO.
