tristate area service dept

I am planning to take my Cayenne in for its first service/checkup. Does anyone have any recommendations on the service departments around the tristate (NY?NJ/CT) area in terms of quality of service, price, availability of a loaner etc? Manhattan was giving me a much higher quote than another dealer in NJ for example. Also does it matter if I take it to the dealership where I bought the car? How much are people paying for the first service? and at how many miles? I have been told I should do it at 6000 miles while the manual (if I recall correctly) recommended 1 year 10,000 (or more?) miles.

Thanks.

Not a for or against price wise, but jackdaniels on route 4 has always been good to me. I get a loaner cayenne or a Q7 (techno boat) and they finish the car when they say and no curb rash . From NYC - not far at all. Just note, their service is by Nabisco on rt 4 and no service at the Paramus showroom.

I always use Ray Catena in Edison and have been thrilled with the service. They have a beautiful service facility up the road from their dealership:

Just picked up '06 TTS & used Manhattan Motor car for inspection and to solve CEL/coil issue. Handled all under warranty & they seemed fine but a little bit like a factory. I'd be curious if Jack Daniels or Catena have handled any tricky issues for you guys like occassionally runs slighty rough etc. My sense is Manhattan would take it, put it on the diagnostic and tell me it's fine. Guess I'm looking for someone who can put some thought it diagnosis and/or handles lots of CTTS. R

PS on Manhattan, they did not offer a loaner car & I didn't ask but they did give me a ride home. I'm still under original factory warranty plus CPO so hoping I don't get a runaround on loaner should I need one. R
