Hi all,

I've been looking through this forum for a little while and I'm just amazed at some of the rides you guys have. Mine's a basic V6, but so far I love the way it drives.

I initially wanted the 18" turbo wheels, but the dealer said the car was already on it's way from Germany and it would cost me at least $3k if I bought it from them after the fact so I decided to paint the stock wheels and see how they would turn out instead of impulsively buying new wheels.

I couldn't find pictures anywhere with the painted 17" wheels (probably for good reason) so maybe this will be the first. If anything, it was at least a really enjoyable process painting the wheels with my buddies.. Curious to see how it looks in the eyes of other owners. Thanks all!

Sfzoo, I completely agree with you. Those were the pictures that convinced me to go ahead and paint mine. I saw the ones on skier's gts and realized how much black wheels changed the complexion so the first nice day we had here I went to work.
