"Porsche has topped the list as the most reliable brand available in the United States in a Vehicle Dependability Study by J.D. Power and Associates. Porsche had a score of 110 PP100 (problems per 100 vehicles), the lowest of any brand sold in the US market."
"It takes considerable time to positively change consumer perceptions of quality and dependability - sometimes a decade or more," said David Sargent, vice president of global vehicle research at J.D. Power and Associates."

OK, so I finally got to my dealer to see the new Cayenne. OMG, shocker! It looks like the Cayenne's little brother. Porsche did to the Cayenne as Audi did to the Q7. Cargowise, the Cayenne was just making it as it was. Now with a family of four, the Cayenne is not even in the running. But simply from an aesthetics point of view, it will definitely need some getting used to. One saving grace is the much anticipated great styling on the interior, however my overall first opinion...it made me sad. I will not be trading up for the new model anytime soon.

I'm pretty sure the new Cayenne has larger interior dimensions than the previous one.
Yes, the suv is in fact larger inside. Amazing slight of hand by Porsche. While I'm not thrilled with the rear end, I love the rest of the vehicle and ordered one. At the end of the day, there is only so much that you are going to do with the back side of an suv and keep it practical for it's intended use. Subjective, of course.
I finally saw one last wknd. I prefer the front end of the Cayenne S over the TT. The TT looks too much like open mouth frog.
Personally - I prefer the ext. styling of the Touareg more. But the Cayenne's interior is quite impressive.

My friend insists the front of the non-Turbos look like a catfish and threatened to stick curb feelers (looking like whiskers) on the front of mine if I got a non-turbo
Look at the 3rd picture, the back light looks a lot like a gain pepper
Since Porsche dare to named their SUV Cayenne....and why not make something look like it. Porsche Cayenne Pepper "there is no substitute"
