Hey does anybody know a way I can make my cayenne CTT sound louder without spending too much?
I was thinking on straight pipe any ideas? or is it better to get an aftermarket exhaust

 

just ditch the secondary cats.

 

Is that easy to do? would it damage my engien or anything/ i am really new at this sorry.

do a search on magnaflow exhaust, you can get it done for under $800.

 

You bet... they work really well. A nice bump in sound, less lag and a bit more power No CELs either.

Ditto. Won't break the bank either and wife/GF approved.

 

Inside the car (windows closed) car sounds like stock. Outside the car wow sounds fantastic. First time I heard mine, I parked at a garage, and the parking guy pulled away in my car. Was surprised how good it sounded.

 

How much power are you leaving on the table without doing a full exhaust?

Sharkwerks has a very good solution for the Cayenne Turbos. Excellent quality and perfect sound. Have it on my 11 Turbo. Nice idle burble and not too loud. The OE secondary cats look very restrictive to me, gotta be a good thing to free up some exhaust flow. Hard to quantify with butt dyno any power increase as this thing is so GD fast to begin with. If I had to guess I would say increased power and less turbo lag.
