snow, ice, 10 degree, sillyness

Ok after doing some driving in the frozen winter hell this week,
on the blizzard day, I involuntarily and aloud, proclaimed my love for my ctt.

This thing in bad weather with snow tires has got to be the fastest thing on the
road because it is so good at what it does, that coupled with the cold air into
the intercoolers is just an experience thats close to religious

anybody else haveing fun playing around?

Good use of cold weather What increase in power would you have from Turbos breathing in colder air?

Yes the Cayenne is a blast to drive in the white stuff. Mine is even good on ice with the stock Michelin Latitude Tour HP's. Blizzak's or Latitude Alpins would be better but I just picked up my Cayenne and they are tuff to get in the middle of winter from Tire Rack. I will put in my order next fall. It's fun to see most vehicles having some difficulty and you can go or stop without any problems. But a funny thing the older I get the less I like winter . And I sure hate looking at my Boxster S under the car cover.

I have to say...I don't recall a stretch this cold in the midwest...not this early.

Hopefully this weather will mean winter will be shorter in the long haul.

Def Cold

Even here in VA its colder; earlier. Last year was a big snow & cold year and I've already used 15% more heating. Here we are expecting our 3rd snow this weekend ?

Glad I picked up my CS this year !

Typically, in a Wisconsin winter, I'd be driving my 996TT and 997TT...but since I've moved to a GT2 - winter's a no go.

Here's to hoping for an early spring thaw...
