That would be a question for Softronic that I will see if I can get you the technical answer. But it has to do with the interface. This also includes 993 that are not OBDII flashed.

About the same gains as the 08-10. As you know, on a NA vehicle, it is about improving the drivability. Improved throttle response and pick up, more pull, and longer powerband. Would love to hook you up, let me know!
We can flash it via the OBDII port. V6 expect improved drivability, faster throttle response, a little more tug on the low and pull on the high. $1295 and includes the Durametric.com software too!
